Pros

The facility had adequate therapy equipment.

Cons

• Scheduling was consistently chaotic and poorly managed • No standardized treatment protocols existed across the organization, causing therapists to approach the same conditions in completely different ways • Decision makers constantly changed direction without explanation or clear guidance • Communication between departments was ineffective, ignored, or nonexistent when attempts were made • The same operational failures repeated every single week with no meaningful resolution • The organization lacked accountability, had no reliable measures for patient outcomes or staff performance, and relied on constant crisis response instead of prevention

Pros

Not many pros specific to this company, Pay is fine.

Cons

I would advise just about everyone to stay away from this company. Horrible management with zero communication. No one ever seems to have answers to the simplest questions. There are no paid holidays, no unpaid time off, and PTO does not get paid out if an employee leaves. And worst of all, NO RAISES! All my time working in healthcare, I have never encountered a company that seems to value their employees less than Aegis does. Before hiring, candidates are promised one thing, only to start the job and find out that what they were told prior to hire is entirely false. Stay away from this company.
