There are a lot of changes going on currently with the creating of a global asset management as oppose to the three regional centres that were independant before. With the changes comes a lot of politics. The place is developing its derivatives capabilities but it is still far from being able to handle derivatives on a large scale - especially OTC derivatives. In general the skill sets are on bonds and equities - skill outside of that are limited. The place is not paying the highest of salaries.
