      Pros

      Nothing special about this place, but if you are willing to live in midwest back office area and have a good offer, then it may be worth it.

      Cons

      Management has been cost cutting and it's pretty clear variable pay is tied to single year earnings. Due diligence has been cut so thin that there will likely be discovered problems whenever the next recession hits.
