      Pros

      Good balance between work and personal life. Also company tries to have events regularly for employees (holiday parties, sports leagues, etc). Also company has good benefits.

      Cons

      You can get pidgeon holed in your area and not be able to move to another department. Lack of opportunity for advancement. Those who perform high are not always recognized and rewarded.
