      Aequor technologies are 100% employee-owned! The ownership culture, coupled with IT Landes' open-book management style, provides autonomy and knowledge that most companies lack. They are forward thinking and fast growing which provides many opportunities for growth for those seeking a career and not just a job.

      Pace of growth leaves their infrastructure a bit thin.

      Pros

      Was able to work in multiple settings all within an hour of my place of living. Compensation was fair.

      Cons

      Terribly managed. Communication was poor. They lost my drug test and health screen and needed me to retake it 4 months later claiming they never sent me, gaslit me about it. Sent me into a work situation without the right testing in place. Dismissed my concerns.
