      Pros

      Small company. That's it.The rest is negative.

      Cons

      The owners have a third world mentality, not realizing that when you under-pay and over-work your employees, you get hostile workers with their eye on the clock and the door. These men know about how to choose the right area to invest in, but are CLUELESS about how to keep employees. Sadly, in this economy, they can have a revolving door.

      Pros

      Was able to work in multiple settings all within an hour of my place of living. Compensation was fair.

      Cons

      Terribly managed. Communication was poor. They lost my drug test and health screen and needed me to retake it 4 months later claiming they never sent me, gaslit me about it. Sent me into a work situation without the right testing in place. Dismissed my concerns.
