Underpaid and disorganized company - Recruiter Aequor Employee Review

There is no real organization at this company. It’s so hard to place candidates because jobs don’t match candidates ever. There is no CRM system to track candidates... just files. Barely anyone is making commission unless you have a team underneath you. You think you’re about to make commission, but then the candidates back out. It’s a nonstop battle. There is no PTO unless you’ve built it up for years. It’s such a repetitive job. You do the same thing day after day. When you interview you are told there is barely any turn over. Biggest lie. There has been a whole new time since being there. People quit from there like it’s their day job or are at this job actively looking for a new job. You have to make cold calls all day. 5 hours a week and 300 plus calls. Your phone log will be checked to make sure you makes those calls. This job is great if you’re right out of college and are in desperate need of a job... not a career.
