Salary is probably worse in the region Commissions are so low you can't make much above base Disrespectful Exec. Team they argue and curse openly Rude Exec they speak their native language in the presence of others Severely micro-managed CEO & President meet weekly with all staff they treat their employees like garbage...can you believe they were open for business during Superstorm/Hurricane Sandy? and also this past winter when we had a big snow storm, they expected us to go into the office no matter what.....very greedy and very selfish
