Pros
None to speak of.
Cons
Office is filthy and dingy and right away you can see employees are treated as if they are working in a third world country. No one had the authority to order a box of paper clips without approval from one of the two owners. Forget negotiating an employment contract. Approval to do so will take another 6 weeks. I read the review about bait and switch with rates. Exactly my experience. Mine was dropped dramatically between my first phone screen and my start date at the client. They will look you in the eye and tell you they are not making any profit on you while the client shows you proof they are billing them nearly double the rate they are giving you. They repeatedly bandaid project bids together with consultants who happen to be desparate enough to contract with them, fail miserably and then rinse and repeat. They do not have any regard for, or respect for, employment law and treat US workers as if they are working in a sweat factory. They dismissed a woman who was 4 months pregnant instead of attempting to find her another client engagement. Zero notice before releasing her just days after she had informed them she was expecting. I hear they have had several suits brought against them for similar wrong doings against employees.
