      Pros

      When you are in a new place, it’s not always easy to get acquainted with the people and the work culture. But within a few months. I think Aequor is an exception. The people here are amazing and the work environment is extremely positive. Moreover, the facility is clean and nice. Company provides free food and snacks.

      Cons

      There is room for improvement in internal communication to make it sorted and more effective.

      Thank you for your review. Though we have an open door policy and everyone is encouraged to communicate directly with leads and managers including the top most management however your feedback is duly noted and we will make sure to focus more on an open communication.

      Pros

      Was able to work in multiple settings all within an hour of my place of living. Compensation was fair.

      Cons

      Terribly managed. Communication was poor. They lost my drug test and health screen and needed me to retake it 4 months later claiming they never sent me, gaslit me about it. Sent me into a work situation without the right testing in place. Dismissed my concerns.
