      No ESS, No consistent policies, Salary delays, no employer-employee relation, No defined set of processes, Lack in HR activities as well as in Finance support, Location, Food etc.

      Pros

      Was able to work in multiple settings all within an hour of my place of living. Compensation was fair.

      Cons

      Terribly managed. Communication was poor. They lost my drug test and health screen and needed me to retake it 4 months later claiming they never sent me, gaslit me about it. Sent me into a work situation without the right testing in place. Dismissed my concerns.
