Pros

I've been working for Aequor since 2017 with Kristen Gassner. I've never had to worry about finding a well-paying position at a place that treats me right. I recommend her to any new grad looking to become a traveling physical therapist.

Cons

Credentialing can be a hassle at times. No electronic timecard.

Pros

Was able to work in multiple settings all within an hour of my place of living. Compensation was fair.

Cons

Terribly managed. Communication was poor. They lost my drug test and health screen and needed me to retake it 4 months later claiming they never sent me, gaslit me about it. Sent me into a work situation without the right testing in place. Dismissed my concerns.
