      Pros

      Work From Home. Not the worse RTO accrual I've ever seen.

      Cons

      No 401k Match. $7000 a year salary difference between entry level and Director Level. Terrible Leadership. No recognition for your efforts. No back office support. No training or chance of upward mobility. All management has quit in the last 6 months. This place is a private equity owned wildfire. Co-CEO's couldn't care less about your existence. You are less than a number.

      Pros

      Was able to work in multiple settings all within an hour of my place of living. Compensation was fair.

      Cons

      Terribly managed. Communication was poor. They lost my drug test and health screen and needed me to retake it 4 months later claiming they never sent me, gaslit me about it. Sent me into a work situation without the right testing in place. Dismissed my concerns.
