The VP is a horror show. She shows blatant favoritism to people who don't deserve it. She is combative, asks on how to improve the division, and then becomes defensive when you offer feedback. She does not know what she is doing and she fudges numbers. My commission was wrong every month, and they were not transparent with commission reports. Payroll is constantly messed up for providers. The VP is what you call toxic positivity, She is insecure because she doesn't know what she is doing. She talks behind people's backs. I did not receive my commission when I resigned.
