Pros
All I can come up with is that it’s fully remote and commission pays well.
Cons
No training, barely any resources for recruiting, expectations for a new recruiter are unrealistic, very clique like so if a certain manager doesn’t like you, you will either get let go or never move up. Commission is paid out once a month. Company will mass hire then do a massive layoff with all the new hires in less than six months just to hire again a month later. Would rate less than one star if I could
