Dear Former Employee,We really appreciate your advice, and I'm glad to hear that you have encountered some pros in addition to the cons you list. I agree that the lack of established values has been a challenge, and we have already developed a first draft to implement in the future. I am surprised to hear the assertion that women are paid less than men, as an actual salary comparison shows otherwise, but we certainly all agree that we have a shortage of women in leadership and are working hard to change this.
