Cons

It's a growing company which means things aren't always clearly defined and you need to have more of a self-starter mentality.

Was small, and very accessible as far as the whole company, departments, CEO, and direct communication.

Cons

Very little. We got bought by Scotts Miracle Gro and got pushed out due to Covid Policies.
