Great company, great owner; poor management - Anonymous employee Aeroflow Health Employee Review

I loved my job at Aeroflow, so much i was cross trained in multiple departments. My supervisor at the time wrote me up for ridiculous things, at one time she wrote me and another teammate up at the same time telling both of us what the other was being written up for which i felt very uncomfortable with, then i was written up for making a mailing address mistake that my supervisor who “corrected” my mistake ALSO messed up and my write up was not retracted; the final time before i quit was i miscarried my child and was bleeding out in the bathroom and she sent me to the hospital; i was sent into an emergency procedure and missed three days; i I was written up for missing work even though i had just lost my child. My co worker informed me shortly after i quit my “supervisor” stepped down. The company is amazing, the owner is nice
