Pros

Nice culture, very nice people. Nice Benefits. Not all positions are a nightmare.

I was in CPAP Billing and within 3 weeks of being hired, My boss was demoted, I had no leadership, The Cpap Billing training manual was for the Mother and Baby division that had their own proprietary software that wouldn't work for our department, I was in charge of Medicaid billing and the company had lost a lot of their state contracts, therefore forfeiting thousands of claims. We were hemorrhaging money because our contracts and licenses had expired. The workflow was excessively tedious. built-off of windows 99 shell. They used no real analytical software no. Pulling useable data was nearly impossible and awful. Leaving this job was the best thing that ever happened to me. The company is poorly organized.

Thank you so much for this feedback. We are sorry that your experience with Aeroflow as anything less than exceptional. We have invested heavily in updating our training programs over the last 12 months but transitioning all employees (including new hires) to remote due to COVID has had us to revamp them yet again to ensure that everyone is getting the training and development that they need to continue operating at a high level. Although this has been a strain for everyone, we know that the investments and changes that we've made in 2020 will pay dividends for everyone throughout the rest of the pandemic and beyond. We take this feedback very seriously and will use it to make Aeroflow a better place to work for everyone!

Great benefits, WFH, wellness reimbursement

Cons

They offer great benefits in exchange for being their slave and constantly watching you, even as a responsible employee. Their OUTDATED program crashes 10x a day. One time their program crashed for the majority of the day and I could't finish an account and the operations executive (I think is his title) privately messaged me asking why an account was incomplete. Didn't even give me the benefit of the doubt. Tone deaf and lame
