Pros

It was a good environment, the managers take care of their employees pretty well. The phone calls are a lot to handle, they come pretty constantly. Multi-tasking is a must. There will be a lot on your plate but they do take care of you.

Cons

The insurance is just ok, and the first couple weeks of training are absolutely miserable. The company is growing incredibly fast, which is good for the bottom line of the company but maybe not the best for the employees.

Great benefits, WFH, wellness reimbursement

Cons

They offer great benefits in exchange for being their slave and constantly watching you, even as a responsible employee. Their OUTDATED program crashes 10x a day. One time their program crashed for the majority of the day and I could't finish an account and the operations executive (I think is his title) privately messaged me asking why an account was incomplete. Didn't even give me the benefit of the doubt. Tone deaf and lame
