Pros
As far as the company as a whole, I have said since the beginning of my tenure that Aeroflow is truly the best place to work. The benefits of working here go far beyond health insurance, PTO, and 401k’s. Aeroflow goes above and beyond to show that each employee is valued and appreciated. It’s the Caroo boxes to show employee appreciation, company parties that everyone is invited to - not just upper management, meetings with the CEO that employees with various job titles are invited to participate in to let their voices be heard, very generous Christmas bonuses, Peer-To-Peer awards, and company issued awards. It's all the little things AND all the big things. I've never had a job that I felt happy to go to each day until I started working here.
