Pros
Wages: for me wages were competitive from the beginning. After school I just looked up the starting salaries for my field in Pittsburgh and they gave me that. Every year since I had well above national average bumps during my wage reviews, and once I had a surprise wage bump when HR did a wage review of competing salaries. This, combined with the profit sharing and employee stock make it very worthwhile. The employee stock is especially good because it has a compounding effect. Mobility: You will move upward in your roles and responsibilities and if you want to move from development to management I've seen that available as well. I've also seen plenty of people move sideways into different departments and more fitting roles. The point is that I think they recognize talent well and also want to fit people into the roles they are best and happiest at. The People and the Perks: they have a employee car show, bbq, christmas raffles, Galas, and probably other cools things I can't remember. Point is I think it's cooler to work here than a megacorp where you don't know anybody.
Cons
The biggest con for me was the location. Off of the highway in an industrial park is not very bikeable or walkable.
