The organizational structure is very lopsided Senior management has difficulty staying out of the tactical and focusing on the strategic Some areas of the company work very collaboratively, however a large portion of it is under an organizational structure that is very authoritative and tends toward a stifling level of micromanagement. That said, it is still possible to thrive and succeed despite this issue.
