Pros

Free food on birthdays. That's about it.

Cons

For a so-called "family" owned company, they offer zero flexibility (no work from home). A rigid and stagnant work environment with basically the upper management making all the calls anyway. 100% gray tops at corporate, the antithesis of innovation. Women and minority, you will not be successful here.

Pros

Working remotely was fun. They provided me with a company card to cover all of my expenses. The people were great and I learned a great many things. All in all they're a great company to work for and so is their parent company, B.Braun.

Cons

Remote work means you may not be home much as you'll most likely travel to many different locations.
