Most People are Great, Very Good Product, Tremendous Legacy

Cons

Very Poor Leadership. Executive Management is looking to boost profit by reducing sales compensation. Executive Sales Leadership is non-existent and waiting to retire. Products are very good, but the company is very slow to innovate and launch new products. Sales is run with an AUTHORITARIAN leadership style.

Pros

Working remotely was fun. They provided me with a company card to cover all of my expenses. The people were great and I learned a great many things. All in all they're a great company to work for and so is their parent company, B.Braun.

Cons

Remote work means you may not be home much as you'll most likely travel to many different locations.
