Pros

Decent benefits. Mostly good people to work with. Family owned company in Germany, which means a lot of people at the central office with a lot of experience and knowledge.

Cons

Grew too big, too fast, resulting in some people being promoted above their ability and unable to think as "large" as the company is. Extremely sales dominated, if your not used to a culture where sales has the final say, this place is not for you. Company is currently a tacital company, not a strategic one.

Pros

Working remotely was fun. They provided me with a company card to cover all of my expenses. The people were great and I learned a great many things. All in all they're a great company to work for and so is their parent company, B.Braun.

Cons

Remote work means you may not be home much as you'll most likely travel to many different locations.
