Extremely toxic environment where no one takes accountability, and the blame and responsibility are placed in the people who actually care and make an effort. Leadership chooses to blind themselves to the lack of compliance throughout the company as well as the decline in the culture. There is no accountability for upper management not following the “vision, mission, values”. Instead, employees are degraded, bullied and punished. When those actions are brought to leadership or HR the response is always “we are working on addressing it.” Because of this, the most passionate and effective employees are disrespected, taken advantage of, and eventually either fired or leave on their own. This leaves the employees who have no consideration for the importance of compliance in the industry. Unfortunately, most of these employees are in upper management, which means their employees will remain untrained, and most likely develop the same careless mentality of their managers/supervisors.
