Pros

Benefits are reasonable but the negatives outweigh the pros.

Cons

Where to even start? Management, both in corporate and remote are awful. They cannot get anything to work, so much red tape and bureaucracy that limits productivity and growth. Start from the very top all the way to the non-accountable workers who are focused on the wrong things, if they even care. The worst part is that management pats each other in the back when everything else around them just stinks. And when things go wrong, they are ready to blame and point fingers. Management doesn’t even provide motivation. When you do good, they find the wrong things you do or just asks for more. They are ready to provide “constructive criticism,” yet they don’t even walk the talk. The workers focused on their own silos, no collaboration, even though that is supposed to be one of the company’s values. They all try to avoid any work because they are overworked or just don’t care. When you are on PTO, you are expected to work. Very toxic culture, don’t fall into the trap.

Pros

Working remotely was fun. They provided me with a company card to cover all of my expenses. The people were great and I learned a great many things. All in all they're a great company to work for and so is their parent company, B.Braun.

Cons

Remote work means you may not be home much as you'll most likely travel to many different locations.
