Pros

Opportunities to travel to trade shows and Germany National Sales/Training meeting was always fun Generous PTO and benefits Phone and IPad plan if your role requires it.

Cons

This company has the strange tendency to reward poor and toxic behavior. So many employees that contradict the desired culture of collaboration are allowed to thrive here. It sends the wrong message when a toxic employee who is terrible to work with, receives an award or recognition from the ETM. The culture is terrible and they seem to pick the winners up front. If you are deemed a “future leader”, you have it made and can do no wrong. Everyone else is just grinding to stay afloat. So much effort was put into accountability yet this company has none. Low performers make careers at Aesculap where they can hide and complain freely without anyone challenging them. Management is terrible, most of the managers aren’t qualified for the roles they have. Serious favoritism and lack of diversity makes this company a dinosaur in todays business world. In my opinion they like the “boys club” and have no desire to change. If you are an engaged employee who wants to make a difference, I strongly suggest you stay away.

Pros

Working remotely was fun. They provided me with a company card to cover all of my expenses. The people were great and I learned a great many things. All in all they're a great company to work for and so is their parent company, B.Braun.

Cons

Remote work means you may not be home much as you'll most likely travel to many different locations.
