Employees have a great attitude despite the lack of support and knowledge from management.

Cons

Not enough organizational structure. Processes are outdated and not working. A sales driven company that has dropped the ball with improving other areas that support the infrastructure.

Pros

Working remotely was fun. They provided me with a company card to cover all of my expenses. The people were great and I learned a great many things. All in all they're a great company to work for and so is their parent company, B.Braun.

Cons

Remote work means you may not be home much as you'll most likely travel to many different locations.
