High quality products, secure employment. Vertically integrated from manufacture through distribution.

Cons

Very complicated and solo'd information systems. All power and decision making is concentrated at the top of the company. No effective employee development.

Pros

Working remotely was fun. They provided me with a company card to cover all of my expenses. The people were great and I learned a great many things. All in all they're a great company to work for and so is their parent company, B.Braun.

Cons

Remote work means you may not be home much as you'll most likely travel to many different locations.
