      Pros

      Chicago office has a great group of people to work with. People get along well and don't have a problem working hard when needed. The projects are interesting and challenging. The company has a great base of technical resources.

      Cons

      Management should be more involved in projects and with the office as a whole. Bonuses are very low.

      Pros

      They hired me Project work can be interesting There is flexibility to go your own way (not a lot of structure) There's some great employees, but I never work with them

      Cons

      Corporate Culture is boring Some individuals work long hours, much harder than others Poor management structure Only place I have worked where I don't feel I belong or they want me to contribute Worst toilet paper ever!!!
