      Pros

      Good place to work if you don't want to advance your career. Management is set to always hire externally.

      Cons

      AEI doesn't seem to consider employees from within for promotion or will never get picked when applying for a different position to advance your career.

      Pros

      They hired me Project work can be interesting There is flexibility to go your own way (not a lot of structure) There's some great employees, but I never work with them

      Cons

      Corporate Culture is boring Some individuals work long hours, much harder than others Poor management structure Only place I have worked where I don't feel I belong or they want me to contribute Worst toilet paper ever!!!
