Dysfunctional Family - Designer Affiliated Engineers, Inc Employee Review

The pay was less than 'motivating'. I took the job because I was looking for a change, and it was less than my previous job. I was told that it would increase with performance, but my raises were paltry. Most of the money goes to project managers and principals. Younger people are leaving in droves and getting more money elsewhere. Work atmosphere is toxic. Lots of people have bad attitudes and there is a passive aggressive environment here. There is very little training, and it is sink or swim.
