      Many high quality engineers work for AEI and the projects that are worked on are very technical and complex making for an exciting work place.

      Cons

      Company management was, at times, distant and not able to tackle problems on a day to day basis.

      Pros

      They hired me Project work can be interesting There is flexibility to go your own way (not a lot of structure) There's some great employees, but I never work with them

      Cons

      Corporate Culture is boring Some individuals work long hours, much harder than others Poor management structure Only place I have worked where I don't feel I belong or they want me to contribute Worst toilet paper ever!!!
