      Complex Projects, great city (Madison), team leaders are very eager to help and teach

      The upper management can put in incredible hours, which can be reflected in their desires within employees' time commitment

      Pros

      They hired me Project work can be interesting There is flexibility to go your own way (not a lot of structure) There's some great employees, but I never work with them

      Cons

      Corporate Culture is boring Some individuals work long hours, much harder than others Poor management structure Only place I have worked where I don't feel I belong or they want me to contribute Worst toilet paper ever!!!
