Very interesting projects and quality work in core areas of labs and hospitals.

Cons

Whoever promotes herself the loudest and plays the political game the best gets promoted, even if she can’t manage herself or her team within any sort of budget. Growth and leadership process is opaque, and ultimately misleading. They cannot communicate their values.

They hired me Project work can be interesting There is flexibility to go your own way (not a lot of structure) There's some great employees, but I never work with them

Cons

Corporate Culture is boring Some individuals work long hours, much harder than others Poor management structure Only place I have worked where I don't feel I belong or they want me to contribute Worst toilet paper ever!!!
