      I felt as if I was making a real difference in the world with the sustainability efforts that they made in each design. I also really enjoyed the management because they really cared about our workload and checked in with employees weekly.

      Cons

      The job market is poor so they had no job openings.

      Pros

      They hired me Project work can be interesting There is flexibility to go your own way (not a lot of structure) There's some great employees, but I never work with them

      Cons

      Corporate Culture is boring Some individuals work long hours, much harder than others Poor management structure Only place I have worked where I don't feel I belong or they want me to contribute Worst toilet paper ever!!!
