      Pros

      Opportunities galore. You can move up if you sell yourself and do good work. Flextime is allowed. Company tolerates some work from home.

      Cons

      No management. Principals that sell work, do not manage it. If you're lucky, your team will have an exceptional engineer that leads the design and coordination. They act as the proxy principal. If you're unlucky, your team will will not have this exceptional engineer. Then the RFIs, CBs, and screams start and they go on for years. Also, they've got this new QC process which is insane!

      Pros

      They hired me Project work can be interesting There is flexibility to go your own way (not a lot of structure) There's some great employees, but I never work with them

      Cons

      Corporate Culture is boring Some individuals work long hours, much harder than others Poor management structure Only place I have worked where I don't feel I belong or they want me to contribute Worst toilet paper ever!!!
