There's no long-term future here for the majority of the employees. Annual raises are well below cost-of-living increases, and upward mobility is limited. Basically, you won't ever make much more than your starting salary (which is far below the national average.)
Upper-level management is terrible. They don't listen to feedback and concerns. You won't get praise when you go above and beyond. But you'll certainly hear about it when something goes wrong.
The company isn't afraid to lie. When operating as Caldwell & Kerr Advertising (aka the Cape Coral office,) they stated that you'll be fired for discussing your salary with other employees. This is just a scare tactic they use that allows them to underpay low-level workers. In fact, discussing your pay with co-workers is protected by federal law.
HR is useless. Employees who openly sexually harass others aren't disciplined, even when it's done in front of upper management and HR. Instead, they get promoted while those who are affected end up quitting.
Expansion = Layoffs. They've burned many employees in the past with this. They'll claim everyone's job is safe and then follow up with layoffs due to redundancy.
