So many. No one stays long enough to build a solid team. New employees leave every day because our "leadership" is disorganized, unreliable, and unethical. All employees are paid below standard and the health insurance is awful. We just received the option to contribute to retirement with match, after they removed it during COVID. They pile on new responsibilities daily, but we do not see any pay increase. Whenever there are town halls, we see some great questions from our employees, but the ELT avoids answering them honestly. We just hear a lot of non-answer jargon they think will just keep us satisfied. No one is satisfied, which shows through employee turnover. We've lost some very valuable people because the ELT is only concerned with satisfying investors, with no concern for employee happiness.
