Pros
Work life balance, fully remote, micro-management hasn't been a problem. For the most part managers trust their team to get their work done and be available to clients. Also, everyone works together so well! Teammates help each other without complaint.
Cons
Leadership's goal is retention, however they do the bare minimum to retain employees, especially those employees who have the most face time with their clients. As a previous poster said, leadership stated that they paid us too much in 2022 and therefore have changed commission payments to make it impossible to earn any bonuses. The base pay is also below industry standards. ELT does not want to listen to feedback or any sort of critique and have taken their time responding to employee concerns. At some point, the above pros don't outweigh the biggest con, which is money.
