Great and numerous benefits are offered at low cost, feel like they do really care about their employees well being and the community. Everyone is very nice and helpful.

Cons

No movement in the company, if there is there are 6-15 people applying for one job opening. When there is movement its current managers or VPs getting new titles added to their jobs or promotions. Stong sense of "favoritism" within the whole company.

Benefits are some of the best you can get. Lots of time off and paid holidays.

Cons

Member Advisors do so much more work than what they get paid for and what is in the job description. Branch Managers are stuck in middle management and many operate several branches at a time. It's impossible to do a good job. Constantly pulled in every direction and having to pivot all the time. The goal posts keep moving. The leaders who run the branch network are overwhelmed and snappy. C-suite executives do not care about employees or what's going on. If you are going to work here, work back office and I would highly advise not going for leadership unless you are assured one branch.
