Pros

The best company culture I've ever seen, everyone who worked there truly loved what the did and felt like they were valued by both members and management. Management provided thorough performance reviews and wanted to see you succeed. They had great benefits and compensation. Communication between branches and back office was excellent, easy to get any questions answered correctly and quickly.

Cons

The only con is that this company isn't located outside of Minnesota! Would work for them in a heartbeat.

Benefits are some of the best you can get. Lots of time off and paid holidays.

Cons

Member Advisors do so much more work than what they get paid for and what is in the job description. Branch Managers are stuck in middle management and many operate several branches at a time. It's impossible to do a good job. Constantly pulled in every direction and having to pivot all the time. The goal posts keep moving. The leaders who run the branch network are overwhelmed and snappy. C-suite executives do not care about employees or what's going on. If you are going to work here, work back office and I would highly advise not going for leadership unless you are assured one branch.
