Lack of Career Advancements, Poor Leadership, Poor Time Management from Leader, Always Short Staffed. Instead of Monetary Bonuses You Will Get Socks, Shoes, Backpacks, Shirts, a Blender, a Grill Set, Umbrellas, All Plaster With The Company Logo as "Thank Yous". Lack of Appreciation

Benefits are some of the best you can get. Lots of time off and paid holidays.

Cons

Member Advisors do so much more work than what they get paid for and what is in the job description. Branch Managers are stuck in middle management and many operate several branches at a time. It's impossible to do a good job. Constantly pulled in every direction and having to pivot all the time. The goal posts keep moving. The leaders who run the branch network are overwhelmed and snappy. C-suite executives do not care about employees or what's going on. If you are going to work here, work back office and I would highly advise not going for leadership unless you are assured one branch.
