Okay but not as great as it seems - Anonymous employee Affirm Employee Review

It's the blind leading the blind. There is a ton of inexperience in leadership and management roles. People with chops and experience leave out of frustration, and the inexperienced remain to move things forward. The "happy" people really just don't know any better/different. I would be surprised if Affirm ever becomes more than a company with potential.
