The role is everything it promised to be - analytical, strategic, and I can actually see tangible impacts of my analysis which is very satisfying. The feedback and development process is very comprehensive and thoughtful and the company really cares about helping everyone do their best. Genuine / Honest Mission Data-driven, hungry Great benefits - catered lunch & dinner, generous fitness allowance & product testing allowance, L&D stipend, great team events

Cons

Growing quickly which means there is flux in the organizational structure which is not necessarily bad but can be confusing for employees
