Pros
Great company culture with an honest philosophy. They want to focus on what's best for the customer, the merchant, and then Affirm. There is a real spirit of cooperation. Max had a clear vision. The perks are solid. The overall compensation is good.
Cons
All my peers at the Leadership table are white. There is some gate keeping. They're trying to have a culture that encourages work life balance. This is difficult to do with the current environment. The work load is high. I work late almost every night, from half an hour to two hour. This is in part because of the climate.
