      Pros

      They provide a wealth of materials and online knowledge to help you get aquatinted with their products. Relaxed environment with constant goal incentives to fuel your drive to work hard. Working face to face with people.

      Cons

      100% commission. Potential clients flake all the time or keep pushing dates back. Management cares more about their cut from your business and there are enough agents working for them that they won't give you full support to help you succeed.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
