      Flexible, room for growth and advancement, great opportunity to earn solid living, fun team environment.

      Cons

      Every business always says "someone else was here just two days ago and someone new comes in every week...no thanks". No protected territories.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
